Scaling is a problem as their Kubernetes cluster was hosted on their data center. The customer wants a Kubernetes cluster management solution which should reduce the management effort and allow applications to scale up when needed.
Solution
ZippyOPS analyzed their Kubernetes cluster architecture and suggested Rancher for cluster management and AWS as a public cloud platform. Rancher made it easy to operate and upgrade Kubernetes clusters and their associated etcd database. Teams will no longer need to operate Kubernetes clusters themselves
